- Closed group of 8-10 at a time. - Customised workout plan for each person in a group. - Thorough physical & movement assessment. - Nutritional guidance Batches timings: 6:00 - 7:00 7:00 - 8:00 9:00 - 10:00 18:30 - 19:30 19:30 - 20:30 Opt 3 days a week or 5 days a week
