Self-assessment and realisation is the key to opening new perspectives and understandings about oneself. It will help you plan your journey towards your goal.
Here are a few questions you can ask yourself before you start your fitness journey. Spend some time on each question to absorb, analyse and answer honestly. Make sure you write down the answers to keep track of your thoughts in this journey.
How is my current lifestyle?
What do I want to change in my current day-to-day activities? Why do I need to adopt this lifestyle? What impact is it having on my present-day life?
What is my inspiration?
What is that I'm looking for with this new lifestyle adaptation?
Do I feel drained out at the start of my day?
Is it difficult to work out given my responsibilities or do I find an excuse to skip my workout?
Do I turn to food when I'm upset/sad?

Do I have any food cravings? When, what, and how do you feel?
Am I doing things right or need professional guidance?
Will I stop this journey after I achieve my goal?
What external factors can/do affect my commitment?
Can I do this alone or need external support/motivation?
