You already know you must hydrate well to stay healthy and also achieve your fitness goals., but you keep missing it.
Let me tell you a few tips to drink water sufficiently and also for your fitness

First, start checking how much you drink right now, this will give you the real picture and helps you to set realistic goals.
Dehydration can be the main cause of fatigue, sleepiness, reduced alertness and the increased production of cortisol, the stress hormone.
Drinking from a big bottle will help you know how much you drink. If it's a 1-litre bottle, refill once at noon and early evening. Avoid chugging at the end of the day (you might go to pee often and disturb your sleep)
Drinking water before meals is a great way to reduce your appetite and avoid hunger while transitioning to fat loss diet. This allows you to stay consistent and create a calorie deficit, which leads to fat loss.
Making water your drink of choice (instead of sodas, sweetened coffee, juice, etc) is the best way to stay hydrated while keeping off the extra unwanted calories.
Water loss during workouts is high and dehydration can cause muscle cramps and tiredness. Fuel yourself 1/2-1 hour before your workout session. During your workout, a few sips of water are good.
If you can not remember to drink water, setting alarms on your phone will help. There are many apps for water reminders, so pick whichever suits you.
